We have received an information that Igor Kobiuk and Liliia Gladiuk terminated their dancing partnership. They joined two years ago and, in 2013 and 2014, were Ukrainian Professional Ballroom champions. In 2013 they reached the final of Professional Rising Star Ballroom in Blackpool and later that year they won that event at the International Championships in London. See more results and photos.

It has been a great time we spent by each other’s side: practicing, traveling, learning and teaching, sharing our thoughts and expectations. While improving our bodies we had a chance to express our souls through our dancing and it is the best gift we could ever give to each other.

We achieved some great results, made some of our dreams and goals came true and experienced so many emotions performing on the dancing floor. Straight from the first year we got together we made final in Professional Rising Stars at Blackpool Dance Festival and won the same category at the International Championship 2013. We had a privilege to dance in final of Open Professional at the European Championship in 2013 and became National Ukrainian Champions twice.

From this point, when our paths are going different ways, we would like to take opportunity to send Big Thank You to each other for being always kind and supportive, to our amazing teachers, who were sharing their knowledge with us, making our dancing better. Endless thanks to our beloved families who were always there for us, guiding us and supporting our every step whether it was right or wrong. Thanks to all our friends and colleagues in Ukraine and all over the world for the time we spent together at numerous competitions and studios. We are also grateful for the support of wonderful DSI London company and to all the people who believed in us.

Igor is now searching for new dance partner.
